TYPE: TWO-COMPONENT CONCRETE/POLYMER MIX

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: KoolCote Deck Texture Premix is a two- component product consisting of a concrete and sand matrix mixed with a polymer that dries to a uniform bond coat. It is a system that covers existing concrete with many different texture designs forming a thin layer of concrete that may be color coated with KoolCote All Purpose Acrylic Concrete Finish on a wide variety of decorative texture finishes.

KoolCote Deck Texture Premix is very easy to use with stencils, allowing the creation of design patterns such as cobblestone, brick, runningbond, fanstone, flagstone, paver, and many others.

USES: KoolCote Deck Texture Premix is ideal for patios, pool decks, sidewalks, and wall effects.

TYPE: TWO-COMPONENT CONCRETE/POLYMER MIX

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: KoolCote Overlay is a two-component product consisting of a concrete and sand matrix mixed with a polymer that dries to a uniform bond coat. It is a stamped concrete system that covers old or new existing concrete surfaces with a thin layer. KoolCote Overlay, when stamped, duplicates the look and appearance of many natural stones, slate, or granite, as well as rock formations.

KoolCote Overlay may be color sealed with KoolCote All Purpose Acrylic Concrete Finish or stained with KoolCote Acrylic Concrete Stain, achieving many different design effects.

USES: KoolCote Overlay may be used on residential or commercial projects. It is ideal for hotel lobbies, sidewalks, pool decks, and patios, etc.

PRODUCT: KoolCote NON-YELLOWING SOLVENT ACRYLIC SEALER AND FINISH

TYPE: ACRYLIC (SOLVENT)

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: KoolCote Non-Yellowing Solvent Acrylic Sealer and Finish is a premium quality acrylic resin (solvent base) formulated to penetrate and seal concrete decks, concrete overlay, stepping stones and concrete floors. This coating is clear when dry and provides an excellent barrier from foreign substances such as grease, oil, moisture and water.

APPLICATION: Apply directly to surface with short nap phenolic core roller cover, tank sprayer or airless spray. Avoid puddling and apply as thin as possible. One coat in
most applications is usually sufficient; however, to achieve more mil thickness, apply a second coat.

CAUTION: Read and understand all cautions before using. HIGHLY FLAMMABLE: Do not use near open flame. Use in well ventilated area. Avoid prolonged contact with
skin. Do not take internally. Should ingestion occur, contact a physician immediately. Keep out of reach of children.

PRODUCT: KoolCote ALL-PURPOSE ACRYLIC CONCRETE FINISH

TYPE: ACRYLIC COPOLYMER EMULSION

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: KoolCote All-Purpose Acrylic Concrete Finish is a low sheen acrylic product, richly pigmented, and designed for use over new and old, properly prepared concrete surfaces. It is supplied in a variety of colors and may be tinted with universal tinting systems.

USES: May be used on concrete decks, floors and walls. May also be used for sealing heavy pores in concrete blocks. KoolCote All-Purpose Acrylic Concrete Finish may
be used for previously primed wood and previously primed metal surfaces.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Surface must be clean and free of oil, wax, grease, dirt and sanding dust. Sand any previously coated surface before application. Remove all
dust with a dust cloth.

APPLICATION AND CLEAN UP: Apply with paint roller, nylon brush or airless spray equipment. All surfaces to be coated must be cleaned and free of dirt, oil, wax or
loose concrete. Old concrete surfaces must be water-blasted and cleaned with a good mildewicide (TSP) before application. If more sheen is desired, a water-based acrylic
may be used to clear coat the surface. New concrete should be cured (28 days) and etched before application. All wood and metal should be previously primed. Clean tools
with soapy water immediately after use. Rinse well with clean water.

PRODUCT: KoolCote COLOR CONCENTRATE AND STAIN BASE

TYPE: ACRYLIC CONCRETE STAIN

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: KoolCote Color Concentrate and Stain Base is a quality waterborne acrylic that penetrates and seals porous concrete-based substrates.
USES: KoolCote Color Concentrate and Stain Base may be used to enhance the appearance of stamped concrete: raised surface areas will appear lighter and the indented
formed surface will appear darker heightening the two-dimensional effects of the stamp.

SURFACE PREPARATION: All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of grease, oil, and sealers, etc.

APPLICATION AND CLEAN UP: KoolCote Color Concentrate and Stain Base is used directly out of the container without thinning. It is supplied in a two-package system for ease of use. The Base is supplied clear and the KoolCote Color Concentrate and Stain is a premixed color that is added to the base. Mixing is very easy and assures better color control with no packing of color pigments. The two-package system must be mixed together well before use and during use. A variety of colors are possible with this type of system. May be applied with roller, brush, low pressure airless, or lawn and garden sprayer. Also may be applied with a spray bottle for small areas. Do not apply in temperatures lower than 45 degrees F. Apply by flooding surface for best results.

Wash hands and all tools with warm, soapy water after use.

PRODUCT: KoolCote ACRYLIC TEXTURE TOPPING

TYPE: ACRYLIC COMPLEX SAND MATRIX

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: KoolCote Acrylic Texture Topping is a low sheen Acrylic Complex Sand Matrix formulated with the most current technology of waterborne systems.

USES: KoolCote Acrylic Texture Topping may be used on both interior and exterior substrates such as concrete walls and floors, drywall, wood and wall foam insulation. Other uses include countertops, porches, walkways, pool decks, patios and garage floors. Both trowel and texture finishes may be accomplished with this unique material.

APPLICATION AND CLEAN UP: All surfaces to be coated must be cleaned and free of dirt, oil, wax or loose concrete. Old concrete surfaces must be water-blasted and cleaned with a good mildewicide (TSP). (See KoolCote ACRYLIC TEXTURE TOPPING, Surface Preparation Of Concrete).

Before application, stir KoolCote Acrylic Texture Topping material thoroughly using a paint paddle attached to a power drill or stir by hand with a stir stick. Then apply small amounts to the substrate with a trowel or broad knife smoothing with firm pressure to create a smooth surface, being sure to eliminate all air pockets. A 1/32” to 1/16” wet
film is usually sufficient; however, a 1/8” wet film may be applied. If a thicker surface is desired, a two-coat application should be used to achieve the desired thickness. Do not
apply in temperatures lower than 50° F or 10° C. After the application is complete, allow to dry 24 hours before attempting to walk on the surface or coating with any other
products. When the coating is completely dry, apply two (2) coats of KoolCote Acrylic Water Base Clear or two (2) coats of KoolCote Acrylic Solvent Base Clear. KoolCote Acrylic Texture Topping is an Acrylic Sand Matrix and must be sealed off for a long-lasting finish. Clean tools with soapy water immediately after use. Rinse well with clean water.
